Privacy Statement

Floor Pulse Net, LLC · Last updated 8 October 2026
The product collects nothing. FloorPulse runs entirely on your own hardware, on your own network. Your production data, mail.dat files, job information and operator activity never leave your premises and are never sent to us. This statement is about floorpulse.net, our public website.

What we collect

Two things. First, what you type into our demo-request form:

The form is hosted by Netlify, our website host, and submissions are emailed to us.

Second, a record of each software download (see Software downloads). We do not collect anything else.

Why we collect it

To reply to you. That is the whole purpose — to answer your question, arrange a demo, or send you pricing. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

What we do not do

Two third parties see ordinary technical information as a consequence of serving the site: Netlify (our host, which keeps standard web server logs, including IP addresses) and Cloudflare (which serves our software downloads and our product videos). The videos play from our own Cloudflare storage, not from YouTube, so watching one sets no YouTube cookie. Some pages link to the same videos on YouTube; YouTube's own policies apply only if you follow one of those links.

Software downloads

FloorPulse is licensed software. To download the installer you use the license key we sent you and agree to the FloorPulse License Agreement. There is no account, password or registration. When you download, we record: the license the download was made under (its id, the customer it was issued to and its expiry date), the file, the date and time, your IP address and country, your browser's description of itself, and which version of the License Agreement you accepted. The record is our evidence that the License Agreement was accepted before the software was provided, and it is used for nothing else. License checks and the record are handled by Cloudflare on our behalf.

We publish the SHA-256 checksum of every installer so you can verify what you downloaded before you run it.

How long we keep it

We keep demo-request messages for as long as we are in contact with you about them, and delete them when they are no longer relevant. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will. Download records are kept for as long as the license they were made under, and any period afterwards in which the License Agreement could need to be enforced.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in for this — just email us.

Changes

If this statement changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly start collecting something new. (8 October 2026: added the download record, which came in with license-key downloads.)
