The form is hosted by Netlify, our website host, and submissions are emailed to us. We do not collect anything else, and there is nothing else on the site that asks you for information.
To reply to you. That is the whole purpose — to answer your question, arrange a demo, or send you pricing. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Two third parties see ordinary technical information as a consequence of serving the site: Netlify (our host, which keeps standard web server logs, including IP addresses) and Cloudflare (which serves our software downloads). If you play one of the embedded product videos, YouTube may set its own cookies at that point — that is Google's, not ours, and it does not happen unless you press play.
Downloading FloorPulse from this site requires no account, no email address and no registration. We publish the SHA-256 checksum of every installer so you can verify what you downloaded before you run it.
We keep demo-request messages for as long as we are in contact with you about them, and delete them when they are no longer relevant. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in for this — just email us.
